Jess' third fill

Jess has another fill up schedule. She is sad that this is her last one for a while due to a lack of money. She aks her surgeon to go as big as possible. Her surgeon is reluctant but ultimately gives in. As she expands Jess' implants, pushing her skin to the limits, Jess revels in the pleasure of feeling her skin stretch to accomodate her growing assets.
